Pretty much a waste of time. The council only goes through the motion and never fixes anything in the North End. Every year they say we have to get junk cars and trash out of the area but then do nothing. Every year they say clean up North Federal but then don’t want to put up the money to do it. They spend all the city money downtown and have nothing left to fix roads and sewers any where else.
