CHARLES CITY – A Charles City apartment building was damaged in a fire that began Wednesday night.
According to KCHA Radio, the fire was late Wednesday and into early Thursday morning at 407 South Main Street. They reported heavy smoke and flames at the scene.
Reportedly, there were no injuries and several local fire departments responded to the blaze.
