MASON CITY – A Mason City woman is behind bars, accused of drunk driving for at least the second time.
Sheila Roseann Rick was booked into the Cerro Gordo county jail Wednesday morning, May 30 at about 5:37 AM on a charge of second offense operating while intoxicated, driving while barred and no insurance. She remained held on bond.
Rick had been arrested for drunk driving by a Cerro Gordo county deputy back on November 21, 2014 in Mason City. She was alter guilty of first-offense operating while intoxicated, and fined $2095.00; records show she has paid only $300.00 on that balance.
make her pay it off with use of her body.
And, she won’t pay the next fine either. They just don’t care.
