MANCHESTER, IOWA – An Iowa man was arrested after a parent accused him of sexual assault of their child.
The Manchester, Iowa Police Department took a report of a sexual assault that took place in the summer of 2017. The reporting party advised their child had been sexually assaulted by an adult male. An investigation uncovered the defendant had inappropriate sexual contact with a person under the age of fourteen.
As a result of the accusation and investigation, police arrested 19-year-old Luke Jeffrey Murray on February 14, 2018. Murray is charged with second-degree sex abuse, a class B felony.
