MASON CITY – A Clear Lake man has is guilty of drunk driving.
Jacob Calvin Sauer, age 30 of Clear Lake, was arrested by Clear Lake police back on November 5, 2017, on a charge of first-offense operating while intoxicated. He later pled guilty and was sentenced to five days in jail. He must also pay $1,899.50 in fines and court fees. He still faces charges of speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia.
