RURAL WORTH COUNTY – A North Iowa man was caught drunk driving in Worth county early New Year’s Day.
On January 1, 2018 at 1:10 AM, a Worth County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling south on Finch Avenue. After an investigation, the driver, 20-year-old Nicholas Troy Anderson of Buffalo Center, Iowa, was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested and charged with Operating While Under The Influence 1st Offense, a serious misdemeanor and Driving While Revoked under 321J a serious misdemeanor.
Anderson was taken to the county jail and soon released, pending a court date.
