SWALEDALE – A Swaledale man was taken to jail after he was caught with meth during a traffic stop.
A Cerro Gordo county deputy conducted a traffic stop on the evening of December 29, at about 6:47 PM near Partridge Avenue and 150th Street. After an investigation, the deputy uncovered the driver, 25-year-old Jonathan Lyle Conroy of Swaledale was in possession of the illegal drug methamphetamine. Conroy was also driving while revoked and had no insurance.
Conroy was taken to jail and soon released, pending a court date. Records show he was caught with marijuana in 2015.
