MASON CITY – A two-car accident left on person hospitalized Friday afternoon in Mason City.
Mason City police tell NIT that the crash took place at the intersection of 2nd Street SW and Madison Avenue at about 1:19 PM. Dean Goodale, age 72 of Mason City, and William Hansen, 69, of Clear Lake collided with one another. Joan Goodale was transported to Mercy Hospital. There was an estimated $8,000 damage.
Hansen was cited for Fail to Obey a Yield Sign.
