MASON CITY – A Mason City man is behind bars, accused of felony drunk driving after he was caught early Friday morning.
A Cerro Gordo county deputy stopped a vehicle driven by 28-year-old Derik James Miller at about 1:17 AM Friday morning, October 13 near the 1300 block of 4th Street SW. After an investigation, Miller was arrested for felony third-offense operating while intoxicated and no driver’s license.
As a result, he was waken to the county jail and his vehicle was impounded.
