CHARLES CITY – A Charles City man has been arrested, charged with lascivious acts with a child.
The Floyd county sheriff’s office arrested 33-year-old Jason Wilson on September 27 on arrest warrants charging him with lascivious acts with a child – inflict pain or discomfort (a class D felony) and indecent contact with a child (an aggravated misdemeanor).
According to KCHA news, Wilson is accused of kissing and inappropriately touching a 13-year-old girl on August 22, 2017.
Wilson remains jailed at this time awaiting an October 5 hearing.
