MASON CITY – There will be a farewell reception for Mason City City Administrator Brent Trout on Monday, October 16, 2017 from 4-6 pm in the Salsbury Room at the MacNider Art Museum. The public is invited to attend to wish Mr. Trout farewell.
City Administrator Brent Trout has accepted the City Manager position for the City of Topeka, Kansas. He has been the City Administrator in Mason City for just over 10 years. His last day as City Administrator in Mason City will be Friday, October 20.
For all you chronic complainers and freeloaders, there’s a good chance that there will be some free food and drinks.
