AMES – A Mason City High School girls golfer finished tied for second at the state meet held at Collator Golf Course in Ames this week.
Mohawk Sydney Eaton tied for 2nd place in class 5A competition with Tenley Moratti of Ankeny Centennial. Eaton’s two-day total of 145 (72, 73) was four back of winner Maddie Hawkins of Dubuque Senior.
