CLEAR LAKE – A Dubuque man was taken to jail after an drunk driving stop early Saturday morning.
The Iowa State Patrol conducted a traffic stop with the assistance of a Cerro Gordo deputy Saturday morning, May 28, at about 12:35 AM at 2809 4th Avenue South in Clear Lake. After an investigation, 28-year-old Rick Eugene Post of Dubuque was arrested for operating while intoxicated.
Post was teken to the Cerro Gordo county jail, booked and soon released, pending a court date.
