MASON CITY – An Eagle Grove man who was caught with the illegal drug marijuana was sent to jail.
Logan Michael Toillion, age 22 of Eagle Grove, was arrested by Mason City police after he was caught with the illegal drug marijuana back on January 22, 2017. After a plea deal was reached in April, Toillion was guilty of first-offense possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to 2 days in jail. He must also pay $740.25 in fines and court fees.
Toillion is currently serving his jail sentence at this time.
