CLEAR LAKE – A Clear Lake man was brought to jail for drunk driving.
A Cerro Gordo county deputy conducted a traffic stop on the evening of May 25, 2017, near the 600 block of South Shore Drive. After an investigation, the driver of the vehicle, 59-year-old Dennis Lee Maertens of Clear Lake, was arrested for first-offense operating while intoxicated.
Maertens was taken to the county jail, booked and soon released, pending a court date.
