RURAL CERRO GORDO COUNTY – A Nora Springs man was arrested for drunk driving, and three passengers own the vehicle were cited for illegal possession of alcohol.
A Cerro Gordo county deputy conducted a traffic stop on Sunday, May 21 at about 1:21 AM on the northbound lanes of Interstate 35 outside Clear Lake. After an investigation, the driver of the car was found to be intoxicated, and there were persons inside the car drinking alcohol not of age. As a result, three passengers in the car – all from Mason City – were cited for minor consumption: Logan Conway, age 19; Grant Lewerke, age 18; and Bridget Morel, age 18. Arrested was the driver, 18-year-old Isaac Robert Bartel of Nora Springs for possession of alcohol under the legal age and first-offense operating while intoxicated.
Bartel was taken to the county jail, booked and soon released pending a court date.

yes maam..he lives outside nora springs but open enrolled to mason city high school because his dad didnt like the wrestling coach that central springs hired a few years ago..and it wouldnt/shouldnt matter if he was a 4 year state winner..hes not a bad kid..just made a bad decision.
