MANCHESTER, IOWA – An Iowa man tried to burn down a gazebo at a county courthouse, leading to his arrest.
Manchester, Iowa police were called to the Gazebo at the Delaware County Courthouse on May 14, 2017 at approximately 7:12 PM. A caller advised there was a gas can on fire near the gazebo. An investigation by police uncovered a suspect attempted to burn the gazebo by pouring gas around the structure and lighting the gas.
Arrested on that day was 37-year-old Bruce Glenn Freeman III of Manchester on a charge of felony C second-degree arson. Freeman remains held in the Delaware county jail.

Well he looks like he is a few cards short of a full deck!
