WAVERLY – A Charles City man was caught drunk driving in Bremer county recently.
On April 1, 2017, Bremer County Sheriff’s Office observed a vehicle stopped on the gravel portion of Highway 218 with multiple occupants standing outside the vehicle. After a brief investigation, the driver of the vehicle, 28-year-old Emanuel Garcia Hidalgo of Charles City was arrested for operating while intoxicated 1st Offense.
Hidalgo is set to be arraigned June 13.
