What two laws did they do away with to offset the two new laws? What we don’t need is any more laws. They just need to enforce the ones we have and delete the obsolete, unneeded ones.

So what the hell was in the bills? Telling us they passed without giving any info is pretty sad. My main concern is what is Iowa is purchasing from prison labor? It’s not rehabilitating anyone to use prisoners as slaves.

Prisons for profits are BULLSH!t. Anyone that supports that should have their head examined.

You are out of your mind Mad, this is exactly what prisoners should be doing. This teaches them life skills, gives them something to do during the day instead of sitting in a cell all day and gives them job training. Where do you think all the road signs for the State and Cities in Iowa? They are made at Prison Industries. This is a big step above compared to the chain gang work they were made to do in the past. They also earn a small wage for their work so they can purchase things. It is exactly what prisoners should be doing and they are not forced to work, they want to do it on their own to have something to do.

John, some people just don’t get it. He must of been so (Mad), that he didn’t see the red print, or what it means. As for House File 305, it’s really unneeded, as people have been doing that for as long as I can remember, it’s called, generic.
