CHARLES CITY – A young Iowa man accused of a felony after an infant suffered injuries in Charles City says he’s not guilty and will stand trial.
Nathan Jacobson, age 18 of Boone, Iowa, was in Charles City this fall caring for an infant just 2-months of age when the child suffered head injuries that may have been intentionally inflicted.
