MASON CITY – A Mason City man arrested for drunk driving Saturday morning also faces an alcohol-related charge in Cedar Falls.
A Cerro Gordo county deputy conducted a traffic stop Saturday morning, January 7, 2017, at 12th Street NE and Carolina Avenue. As a result of the stop and investigation, 23-year-old Dillon James Coe of Mason City was arrested for first-offense operating while intoxicated and driving with a revoked driver’s license.
Coe was soon released from jail, pending a court date.
Coe is also facing charges of disorderly conduct – fighting or violent behavior and public intoxication after an arrest in October by Cedar Falls police. He awaits a March 2, 2017 non-jury trial. Coe was guilty of those same crimes after a brawl in downtown Mason City back in May of 2015.
He is smart he just makes dumb choices when he’s drunk
Can’t believe it – he looks intelligent ?
Damn drunks endanger us all. Maybe we should ban alcohol again if these idiots can’t police themselves.
