CLEAR LAKE – A Clear Lake police officer was struck in the head and another suffered a sprained ankle after a man they attempted to arrest fought back.

Clear Lake police officers were dispatched to 211 Nth 4th Street back on January 20, 2014 after a report of a disturbance. Once on scene, officers made contact with Nickolas Sunup, age 35 out of Clear Lake. Per the complaints, Sukup was combative and physically resisted arrest. He was reported to have struck the back of the head of one of the officers and shoved another. During the arrest, one of the officers’ ankle was sprained.

Sukup was charged with Assault on a Police Officer (two charges) and Interference with Official Acts. Finally, in November of 2016, Sukup pled guilty to one count of assault on a peace office and resisting arrest. He was sent to jail for a week and ordered to pay $525.25 in fines and court fees.

I’s thinkin this might of been about that dork from the lake that brags about dumpin in his drawers or has all those tears about motorcycles. Yes.

So how is he relatec to Steve Sukup and the rest of the elite Sukup clan ?

They should have just tased him, or shot him. Either way would work.

you betcha another tough f$$ker
