FOREST CITY – A search warrant led to the arrest of a Forest City man on felony charges.
Forest City police say that on the afternoon of August 24, Tylor Christopher Anderson, age 26 of Forest City was arrested and charged with three counts of Burglary in the 3rd Degree (motor vehicle), two counts of Theft in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Trespass. The arrest was made following a search warrant being executed at a residence on Cathedral Oaks Road. No further details were released.
Anderson was taken to the Winnebago county jail and held until he posted bond on August 30. He is now awaiting a hearing set for September 12.
Anderson is also facing a charge of felony theft in the second degree in Cerro Gordo county. There is a co-defendent in the case, court records show, of Jacob Dean Ganseveld. It appears both men will be arraigned on September 20.
