MASON CITY – A violent encounter has landed a Mason City man in jail on a felony robbery charge.
According to Mason City police, on May 18, 2016 at 9:18 AM, a victim reported that 21-year-old Michael David Dalluge assaulted her and then stole her money. Dalluge allegedly punched the victim with his fist. The victim and Dalluge knew each other.
As a result, Police applied for an arrest warrant for Dalluge on a charge of robbery in the second degree. He was arrested in Floyd County and transported to the Cerro Gordo county jail on June 1, 2016, and remains held there on $5,000 bond.
