OSAGE, IOWA – The Mitchell county sheriff’s office says it is searching for a woman accused of domestic abuse.

According to the Mitchell county sheriff office, 33-year-old April Lynn Rowdier committed a domestic abuse assault on December 23, 2015 – a crime she has been accused of in the past. Although the charge was amended to simple domestic abuse in January, a no-contact order remained in place. The sheriff’s office now says she violated that protective order and an active warrant for her arrest was issued. She is awaiting a February 12 non-jury trial.

To make matters worse for Rowedder, she is accused in Worth county of aggravated misdemeanor first-degree harassment. She is awaiting a February 17 jury trial right now.
