MASON CITY – Police were called to a Mason City hotel to deal with a physical domestic incident Thursday night.
Mason City police responded to a call to the Ashley Inn, 3451 South Federal Avenue, Thursday night at about 8:44 AM on a report of a physical domestic assault. Upon arrival, officers investigated and placed 38-year-old Jill Beautte of La Plata, Missouri under arrest on a charge of serious domestic assault.
Beautte was taken to jail, booked and held on $1,000 cash-only bond. She remains jailed Friday as she awaits a court date.
