DECORAH, IOWA – A North Iowa woman faces charges after she was accused of damaging jail property.
Crystal Kramer, age 31 of Cresco, was incarcerated in the Winneshiek County Jail on the evening of June 20 when she allegedly damaged undisclosed jail property. Kramer is charged with criminal mischief in the fifth degree and is currently incarcerated.
Kramer has been charged with multiple felonies in the past. She accepted a plea deal to a lesser charge in January of this year in a marijuana case. She was charged last week with felony going armed with intent and domestic abuse assault with use of a weapon.
Being that she is not holding a southern flag We find her NOT GUILTY!
