SAC CITY, IOWA – Lw enforcemnt in this small, northwest Iowa town arrested a male subject after an alleged domestic and sexual assault incident.
According to the Sac City police department, on June 7, 2015 around 5:34 AM, the officers were dispatched to the Sac County Law Enforcement Center. On scene, a female reported that she was a victim of a domestic violence assault. The female reported that she was physically and sexually assaulted. The female was taken to Loring Hospital to be treated for her injuries.
After an investigation, 29-year-old Chance Just of Sac City was arrested for Aggravated Domestic Assault and Sexual Assault. The Aggravated Domestic Assault is a aggravated misdemeanor and the Sexual Assault in the 1st degree is a class “A” felony. Chance Just was booked into the Sac County Jail. The Sac County Sheriff’s Department assisted in the investigation.
