RURAL CERRO GORDO COUNTY – A Minnesota man was jailed in Cerro Gordo county after a deputy discovered illegal drugs during a traffic stop early Saturday.
Just after midnight Saturday, a Cerro Gordo deputy stopped a vehicle at the 188 mile marker on Interstate 35 for speeding. As he investigated, the deputy discovered the illegal drug marijuana on the passenger, 19-year-old Lashawn Dewayne Dunkin of Richfield, Minnesota.
Dunkin was arrested for possession of marijuana, and taken to the county jail where he was booked and later released, pending a court date.
Richfield used to be a decent suburb, as were many others. Now they look more like Third World countries.
I am willing to bet he doesn’t show up for court.
