LAKE MILLS – A Lake Mills man was airlifted to Mercy Hospital after losing control of his motorcycle and sliding farther than a football field.
According to the Iowa State Patrol, 44-year-old Jeremy Chad Riles was eastbound on county road A38 near 190th Avenue in Winnebago county when he lost control of his 1997 Harley Davidson motorcycle for an unknown reason. Riles and his motorcycle slid approximately 400 feet. He was airlifted to Mercy Hospital in Mason City with undisclosed injuries.
