ROCKFORD – A Floyd county man has selected the Rockford Fire Department as the recipient of a $2,500 donation to be made in his name.
Donald Buseman, a Floyd county farmer, has chosen to direct a $2,500 donation to his favorite community nonprofit organization – the Rockford Fire Department.
Farmers are investing in rural America through the Monsanto Fund’s America’s Farmers Grow Communities. The program offers farmers the chance to direct a $2,500 donation to their favorite community nonprofit organization, such as 4-H, FFA, food pantries, schools, fire departments and more. One winner is selected in each of the 1,324 counties in 40 states.
