MASON CITY – A man who previously pleaded guilty to felony drunk driving is behind bars after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Chase Christopher Penfold, age 26, was wanted by police after a warrant for his arrest was issued on February 27 by Judge Karen Salic for violating the terms of his probation in connection to his guilty plea to third offense drunk driving. He has been caught in 2013 by Mason City police for drunk driving.
Penfold now awaits a probation revocation hearing on April 24 as he is held in the county jail on $5,000 bond.
