CHARLES CITY – A Charles City man was arrested for second offense drunk driving.
On December 24 after 3:00 AM in the morning, Charles City police responded to a disturbance near the 200 block of North Illinois Street. After an investigation, police arrested 49-year-old Kurt Koch for second offense operating while intoxicated.
Kock was jailed and later released pending a court date set for January 2, 2015.
