MASON CITY – A man wanted for nearly a month on drug and weapon charges was finally located and brought to jail.
Jeffrey Allen Esser, age 31 of Mason City, had been wanted since October 24 on a warrant for a probation violation connected to marijuana possession and a carrying dangerous weapon charge.
Esser was located and booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail Friday night. He is being held on $2,000 cash-only bond.
