CHARLES CITY – A man from the Twin Cities area was stopped early Sunday morning for drunk driving in Charles City and didn’t cooperate with the arresting officer.
A Charles City police officer executed a traffic stop on Sunday, November 9 at about 1:47 AM at North Jackson and Lane Streets. The officer determined that the driver, 25-year-old Harvey Holley of Bloomington, Minnesota was intoxicated and had no insurance. Harvey allegedly interfered with the officer during the traffic stop and he was charged with interference with official acts.
Holley awaits a court date on November 26.
