MASON CITY – Law enforcement agencies were able to arrest a wanted Mason City man Thursday evening at a Mason City rental house.
Cerro Gordo deputies assisted Mason City police Thursday at about 6:04 PM when law enforcement became aware that 34-year-old Joseph Walter Latham was inside of 104 North Jefferson Avenue. Latham was wanted on probation revocation warrants connected to guilty pleas to burglary, domestic assault and felony theft.
Latham was taken to jail and held on $10,000 cash bond as he awaits a hearing on October 27.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
