CHARLES CITY – Police arrested a Charles City man an several felony forgery charges.
Officers with the Charles City Police Department arrested 32-year-old Matthew L. Kirsch on the morning of September 27. He faces a charge of felony B ongoing criminal conduct and 11 felony D forgery charges.
The charges stem from a plan he hatched with an accomplice to withdraw money from ATM machines using credit cards he obtained.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
