MASON CITY – A Mason City man pled guilty to third offense public intoxication.
Kenny Griffin, age 48 of Mason City, pled guilty on June 4th to third or subsequent offense public intoxication. Judge Annette Boehlje placed Griffin on two years probation and suspended a two year prison sentence. He was assessed $591.25 in fines and court fees. He was placed on a $50 per month payment plan. He was also ordered to complete an evaluation at Prairie Ridge Treatment Center, but so far, has not done so, records show.
