MASON CITY – A Mason City man has pleaded guilty to second offense drug possession charge.
Paul Dailey, age 46 of Mason City, pled guilty on June 9th to second offense possession of a controlled substance. Judge Karen Salic placed Dailey on two years probation and suspended a two year prison sentence. Dailey was assessed $331.00 in fines and court fees.
Salic dismissed a charge of driving while barred.
