I like how everyone complains about government spending and then insist we spend 100’s of thousand incarcerating everyone who does a drug they don’t like.

Aw, he was just mis-understood and is probably SUCKS ILLEGAL DRUG supplier. The judge just want to give him a chance.

I’d never call it “escaping charges” due to the fact that prosecutors overcharge defendants in order to plea bargain. NIT is really naive. Defendants are purposely overcharged to begin with.

Maybe he actually committed all of the crimes he was charged with and simply knew he would be found guilty by a jury of his peers and didn’t want to go through the process. Instead he conceded and didn’t waste anyone else’s time with a trial.

Of course, prosecutors never charge stack and police never lie on the stand. They are perfect angels in every way.

If the crime fits, stack’em. Pretty hard to argue against driving while barred though. If he wasn’t guilty a jury of his peers would likely see that. Taking a plea shows you were likely guilty. Criminals also never lie, HA!

That’s the problem, the charges hardly ever fit. Virtually every person is overcharged to begin with.
