CLEAR LAKE – A Clear Lake man was arrested early Sunday morning for drunk driving.
Mark David Gallaher, age 54, was arrested by Clear Lake police and booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail at 1:45 AM. He was quickly released pending a court date.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
