CHARLES CITY – Police in Charles City located and arrested a wanted man last week.
On April 22, Charles City police located Kristopher Hugh Viers, age 31 of New Hampton, at the 300 block of 10th Avenue at about 1:10 PM. Views was wanted on warrants out of Chickasaw county, one of which was a domestic assault involving bodily injury charge.
Viers was arrested and later transferred to the Chickasaw County Jail.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
