CHARLES CITY – A Chicago man was picked up by police in Charles City last week for credit card fraud.
According to records, Johnigan Stewart, age 34, was charged by Charles City police on April 4 after an investigation into unauthorized use of a credit card in Charles City on March 3, 2014.
Stewart was arrested, booked into jail, and released on his own recognizance as he awaits a court date on April 28.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
