MASON CITY – Police located and took into custody a wanted Mason City woman Friday morning.
On Friday at about 9:30 AM, police came into contact with Tabatha Marie Hamilton, age 23, at North Federal Avenue and 9th NW. Hamilton was wanted on a charge of third degree theft. Hamilton did not fully cooperate during the course of the arrest, and a charge of interference with official acts was added.
Hamilton was taken to the Cerro Gordo County Jail, booked, and held on $2,000 cash-only-bond.
