MASON CITY – Police were called to a North End home Friday for a domestic dispute.
According to police, officers responded to 1432 North Washington Avenue Friday evening at about 9:40 PM on a report of a physical domestic incident. Joshua James Rettig, age 28, was arrested at the scene and charged with felony domestic assault (strangulation).
Rettig was held until he saw a judge and then released. He awaits an unknown court date.

went to high school with this clown….man does he look like hell…he was over 200 pounds in school!
Evidentally this is the domestic situation from which the Rat Terrier was taken and thought to be dumped in the winters nite. Hopefully the dog is safe and sound now.
I don’t think this is the incident with the terrier unless of course the owner of the dog is seeing two guys
