MASON CITY – A Mason City family is asking for clues in finding its missing dog Sunday night.
A small yorkie which had just been brought home to a residence at the 700 block of 11th Street NE ran away at about 7 PM and the folks were unable to catch her.
The dog is described as white with a small amount of brown in color, no collar, and may have been seen near the East Park sledding hill. It may answer to “Bella” and is about a year and a half old.
Update: The dog was found Monday morning, the family reported to NIT.
The dog was found dead or alive? It would be nice to know.
This is like a teaser. If the dog was outside all night it probably didn’t make it through the day after it was found. Poor animals, we have to watch out for their own good. They want outside not knowing what it’s like out there. Any further follow up to this story? How is the dog now? Yes, you can tell I’m an animal lover.
That is great. Glad they found their dog.
I really hope they find their dog but it has probably been picked up by someone and is now in their house. Those little dogs will run up to anyone and then they get petted and picked up and then they have a new home.
