CLARION – A woman from Wright county has been arrested on a number of charges, including felony second degree sexual abuse and indecent contact with a child.
According to records, 49-year-old Diana Guido was arrested Tuesday by Eagle Grove police on charges of felony B sexual abuse in the second degree, aggravated misdemeanor indecent contact with a child, indecent exposure, and disseminating obscene material to a child.
The charges stem from an incident that allegedly took place on January 1, 2011.
Guido was being held on $25,000 cash/surety bond in the Wright County Jail until she posted bond Wednesday. She is scheduled for a court hearing Thursday.
