CHARLES CITY – Police in Charles City located a wanted Mason City man accused of criminal mischief.
On December 28, 2013, the Charles City police department served a valid Floyd county warrant on 33-year-old Jasper Clay of Mason City on a charge of criminal mischief. Police located Clay in the area of Brantingham Bridge.
Clay was taken to jail and soon released, pending a court date.
