MASON CITY – The North Iowa Youth Center welcomed a new addition to it’s collection of entertainment for the youth of Mason City.

Carmen and Mike Tickal, owner’s of Oak Leaf Comic and Collectibles, located at 221 North Federal in downtown Mason City, donated their own personal arcade game to the North Iowa Youth Center.

Carmen and Mike presented their old school “Centipede” game to the Director of the North Iowa Youth Center, Regan Banks, Monday evening.

“When Carmen and I downsized to a smaller house, we decided it was better for the game to be where someone would be playing it every day, instead of sitting in our basement, where it was played infrequently,” said Mike.

“The youth center is the perfect place for that.”
