A new poll shows that Democrats’ confidence in President Barack Obama is slipping.

According to Gallup, Mr. Obama’s approval rating has been at 80% or higher since December of 2011 and his slipped below 80% this month.

Obama hit a high of 91% in December 2012, Gallup reported.

“The 13-percentage-point decline in Democrats’ approval rating for the president since last December exceeds the nine-point drop, from 53% to 44%, among all U.S. adults over the same time.”

Gallup said that Mr. Obama’s handling of the crisis in Syria may be contributing to his ratings decline, as well as the fight with Republicans over the stalled budget talks.

The president’s approval rating is also down among independents to 37% so far this month, compared with 39% in August.

  1. Well, surprise, surprise, surprise!
The worshipers at the feet of Obama are beginning to overcome their infatuation.
Just how many failures will it take for Dems to get real about this guy? He is a rolling tragedy for this country and a failure as a leader.

      1. @Anonymous-Just what the HELL does Bush have to do with Obama’s mistakes. It is so typical of you libs. When you can’t defend the worse president we have ever had you try to divert the subject. Obama needs to stand on his own but he can’t. All he really knows how to do is lie.
